Six Months, On Us
Every component sold by Popa Parts is protected by our store warranty for six months from the day it's delivered. If a part stops working in that window because of how it was made — not how it was used — we put it right at no cost to you.
Covered vs. Not Covered
The warranty responds to manufacturing defects: a motor that burns out under normal household use, an electrical fault, a structural failure in the part itself.
It doesn't respond to problems that originate outside the part: installation mistakes, drops and knocks, liquid damage (except on parts designed to carry water), user modifications, or the ordinary wearing-down that consumable components are designed to undergo.
Making a Claim
Send us three things at support@popaparts.com (or call +44 7576 127739):
- your order number,
- which part is affected, and
- a photo or short video showing the fault.
Approved claims get a free replacement shipped out; if that exact part is temporarily unavailable, we refund it in full instead — your call.
Why a Store Warranty Instead of Dyson's?
Popa Parts is an independent distributor with no affiliation to Dyson or any other appliance manufacturer. Because our stock comes through independent supply channels, manufacturers' own warranty programs may decline parts bought here — so we back every sale ourselves with the six-month cover described above.
This warranty is voluntary and sits on top of the law: it never limits, replaces, or waives any consumer rights or remedies that legislation grants you.
