Terms of service
These terms govern your use of popaparts.com and every purchase you make here. Placing an order means you accept them. "We", "us", and "Popa Parts" all refer to RCM GLOBAL LTD, the company that owns and runs this store.
1. What Popa Parts Is — and Isn't
We're an independent parts retailer. The components we sell are brand-new originals made by the appliance manufacturers themselves, which we obtain through independent distribution channels and resell at our own prices.
What we are not: an authorized dealer, partner, licensee, or affiliate of Dyson or any other manufacturer named on this site. No brand has endorsed or sponsored this store. Manufacturer names, trademarks, and model numbers appear here for one purpose only — telling you truthfully which machines a part fits — and remain their owners' property.
One practical consequence: a part bought here may fall outside the manufacturer's own warranty scheme. In its place, every purchase carries the Popa Parts 6-month warranty (full terms in our Warranty Policy), which exists alongside — never instead of — your statutory consumer rights.
2. Ordering and Payment
Submitting an order is an offer to buy; the contract is complete when we take payment and dispatch your items. Until dispatch, we may decline or cancel an order — typically because stock ran out, a price was listed in error, or our fraud screening raised a flag — and any cancelled order is refunded in full, promptly.
All payments run through encrypted, certified third-party gateways. We never store card details.
3. Fulfillment
Our stock lives at our facility in Markham, Illinois, in the Chicago metro area, and we sell to US addresses only. Orders are prepared within 1–4 business days and spend 1–5 business days in transit — the complete schedule, cutoff times, and carrier details are in the Shipping Policy. Because everything ships domestically, your order never incurs customs charges or import duties.
4. Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to open a return. Buyer pays return postage on change-of-mind returns; we pay it (with a pre-paid label) when the item was faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered. The Refund Policy sets out the full process and conditions.

6. Disputes and Governing Law
English and Welsh law governs these terms, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over disputes — but talk to us first: nearly every problem gets solved with one email to support@popaparts.com. And regardless of governing law, nothing here strips you of consumer protections that US law grants you as a US resident and that cannot be waived by contract.
