Stock is warehoused at, and orders dispatched from, our facility at 2216 W 167th St, Markham, IL 60428 — in the Chicago metropolitan area — meaning customers receive purely domestic shipments with no customs involvement.

The store operates without any affiliation, authorization, endorsement, sponsorship, or commercial relationship with the manufacturers whose products it stocks. Trademarks, brand names, and model designations shown on this site serve solely to identify the products offered and the machines they fit; all rights in them remain with their respective owners.

Buyers should note that manufacturer warranty programs may not extend to parts purchased from independent resellers. In their place, RCM GLOBAL LTD provides its own 6-month warranty on every item sold, as set out in the Warranty Policy — without prejudice to any statutory rights the buyer holds under applicable consumer law.
