Refund policy
You get 30 days from delivery to start a return. Unused parts in their original packaging qualify for a full product refund. If you're returning because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong part, you cover the return postage; if the fault is ours — damaged, defective, or not what you ordered — we cover everything, including a pre-paid label. The details below explain how each step works.
What Qualifies
A return is accepted when the part comes back to us:
- Uninstalled — never fitted to a machine, showing no marks of use, and
- Complete — in the manufacturer's original box with every piece that shipped with it.
Once a part has been installed, or once a sealed consumable (a filter, a brush roller, a wrapped battery) has been opened, we can no longer resell it and can't take it back — with one exception: a defective item is always returnable, whatever its state. The same goes for anything that arrived damaged or wasn't what you ordered.
Starting a Return
Email support@popaparts.com (or call +44 7576 127739) within 30 days of delivery and tell us your order number and the reason. We'll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization and the exact shipping instructions. Please wait for the RMA before posting anything — unannounced packages can't be matched to orders and slow everything down.
Authorized returns go to our receiving facility outside Chicago:

Never ship returns to the manufacturer or to our UK company address; they won't arrive anywhere useful.
Who Pays the Return Postage
You do, if the return is a choice — changed your mind, ordered the wrong part, no longer need it. That cost is yours in every such case, without exception, and we'd strongly suggest a tracked service: a return that goes missing on its way to us can't be refunded. Any original outbound shipping fees (where charged) are also kept.
We do, if the return is our fault. A defective part, transit damage, or a picking error on our end means we email you a pre-paid label and you pay nothing.
Getting Your Money Back
Our warehouse team inspects each return on arrival — checking it's uninstalled and complete — and emails you the outcome. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 2 business days of approval; from there, banks and card issuers typically take another 5–10 business days to post the credit.
The Popa Parts 6-Month Warranty
Separately from returns, every part carries our own warranty against manufacturing defects for 6 months from the delivery date. If a part fails early through no fault of your installation or use, contact us with your order number and a photo or short video of the fault — we'll ship a replacement free, or refund the item if you prefer (or if stock has run out).
A note on scope: Popa Parts sources through independent supply channels, so the original manufacturer's own warranty program may not apply to parts bought here — our warranty stands in for it. Nothing in this policy reduces any protection the law already gives you as a consumer; statutory rights always apply on top.
