Where We Deliver
Popa Parts ships to street addresses in all 50 US states — and only there. We can't currently deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, US territories, or destinations outside the United States.
What Shipping Costs
Nothing. Standard ground shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.
From Order to Doorstep
Everything we sell is stocked at our fulfillment facility in Markham, Illinois, just south of Chicago, so every delivery is a domestic one.
Getting your order ready takes 1–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Place your order before 2:00 PM Eastern on a business day and preparation starts that same day; after the cutoff or on a weekend, it starts the next business day.
Once it's on the truck, transit across the continental US runs 1–5 business days with UPS, FedEx, or USPS, depending on your location.
Put together, that means your part arrives within 2–9 business days of ordering.
Tracking
The moment your parcel is handed to the carrier, you'll get an email with the tracking number. Carriers can take up to 24 hours to register the first scan, so an inactive tracking page right after dispatch is normal. If it still shows nothing after 48 hours, tell us and we'll chase the carrier directly.
If Something Goes Wrong in Transit
A box that arrives crushed, or tracking that says "delivered" when nothing has shown up — either way, contact support@popaparts.com or +44 7576 127739 straight away. We'll open a case with the carrier and sort out a replacement or refund; you won't be left to fight the courier alone.
Sending Something Back
Return postage for change-of-mind returns is the buyer's responsibility — the full rules, including when we pay instead, are in the Refund Policy.
