This policy explains what personal information Popa Parts (operated by RCM GLOBAL LTD) collects when you use popaparts.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. The short answer: we collect only what's needed to sell you a part and get it to your door, and we don't sell your data to anyone.

What We Collect, and Why

When you place an order we ask for your name, email address, phone number, and billing and delivery addresses. Each item has a job: the addresses route your payment and your parcel, and the email and phone number let us send order confirmations, tracking updates, and answers to your support questions. We don't collect information we don't need.

Payments

Card payments are handled entirely by PCI-DSS-certified payment processors. Your card number passes directly from your browser to the processor — it never touches or gets stored on our systems.

Who Sees Your Information

Three kinds of companies, and only so your order can happen: the e-commerce platform that hosts this store, the payment processor that takes your payment, and the carrier that delivers your parcel. That's the complete list. We do not sell, rent, or swap customer data with marketers, advertisers, data brokers, or anyone else.

Cookies

The site sets functional cookies (they keep your cart intact, your session secure, and your preferences remembered) and analytics cookies (they show us aggregate traffic patterns so we can fix slow pages and broken flows). You can block cookies in your browser settings; the cart may stop working if functional cookies are disabled.

Your Rights Over Your Data

US state privacy laws (including the CCPA) and — because our company is UK-registered — the UK GDPR give you rights over your personal information.
